Listen to the book of Leviticus from BibleGateway: ESV, KJV, MSG, NIV
This week we will be reading the book of Leviticus looking for what God is like. After all the stories in Genesis and Exodus, if you think Leviticus is a little boring, join the hundreds of thousands who break their New Year’s resolution to read through the Bible only to get stuck somewhere in Leviticus.
You might think that God is a little OCD or that God likes the smell of BBQ, but if that's all you get out of Leviticus, you may need a little help from King David who understood the meaning of all the blood and sacrifices. Read Psalm Chapter 51. You can also get some help from the book of Hebrews, Chapters 9 and 10, and see what Paul has to say about the sacrifices.
